Ideally, every designer would love to have copious amounts of time to design and develop trainings, however, we all know this isn't always possible. The ability to adapt, think quickly, and pivot is crucial for anyone in the L&D field, especially given our current climate of uncertainty. I am proud to say that I was able to complete the analysis, design, and development for this entire revamped program from scratch within 2 business days!
